Developed in late 2022, Sarah created HELEX to initially find employment but instead unearthed her hidden passion for operational management and business support, and it's not surprising after racking up over 20 years in positions such as Operations Manager, Office Manager, and Customer Service/Administration Manager. Sarah is no newbie to working her way up the ladder, getting her first taste for success at just 22 years of age. She worked her way up from office junior, to admin exec to Operations Manager in 3 years, and ended up delivering the role at pre director level at year 5!
These career accomplishments catapulted her drive for organisational development, team work and business support.
